Please help support the “Passage” and “Access” Junior and Senior High Ministries monthly sandwich mission project. Each month our youth make sandwich platters to feed 110 needy and homeless people in our local area via The Center in Asbury Park, NJ (http://www.thecenterinap.com/) and PassionWorks, Inc. in Brick, NJ (www.passionworksusa.org). Each sandwich platter costs approximately $4.00 to make! Interested in helping??? Please make all checks payable to “First Presbyterian Church of Manasquan” and give them to Chuck Gianakos, Minister To Youth directly for record keeping. The following is the “Access All Areas” Senior High Ministries May & June 2009 Meeting Schedule:
- Monday, May 4th, 2009 – Regular meeting in Fellowship Hall from 7pm – 8pm. Junior Deacon meeting from 8pm – 9pm.
- Monday, May 11th, 2009 — Regular meeting in Fellowship Hall from 7pm – 9pm.
- Sunday, May 17th, 2009 – Mission Trip Participant Meeting in Pastor Chuck’s office from 12:00pm – 1:30pm directly after 11am worship.
- Monday, May 18th, 2009 — Regular meeting in Fellowship Hall from 7pm – 8pm. Sandwich making mission taking place in Fellowship Hall from 8pm – 9pm for THE CENTER in Asbury Park and the Lakewood, NJ homeless encampment.
- Monday, May 25th, 2009 — NO Youth Committee / NO Youth Meetings Tonight – Happy Memorial Day!
- Monday, June 1st, 2009 – “PASSAGE” & “ACCESS” Junior & Senior High Youth Ministries END OF YEAR PARTY on Manasquan Beach nearest the inlet – 7pm to 9pm’ish (details to be announced)!
- Sunday, June 14th: Mission Trip Participant Meeting in Pastor Chuck’s office from 12:00pm – 1:30pm directly after 11am worship.
- July 26th – August 1st: Summer Mission Trip to Owego, New York

The 2009 “Access All Areas” 
Senior High Ministries Summer Mission Trip will be held in Owego, New York in conjunction with Group Workcamps from July 26 – August 1, 2009. All details will be updated as information becomes available. - What: ”Access All Areas” Senior High Ministries Summer Mission Trip 2009
- When: Depart Sunday morning & return Saturday afternoon — July 26 – August 1, 2009
- Where: Rural Owego, New York
- Why: To do home repair for and to get to know families that are less fortunate then we are!
- Deposit Due: $50.00 per person — due NOW…starting November 3rd, 2008
- Total Cost: TBA
- How: We will be traveling in a rented 15 passenger van(s)

The 2009 “Access All Areas” Senior High Ministries Winter Retreat will once again be held at Camp Brainerd Presbyterian Center in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. All details will be updated as information becomes available. Here are the current details available as of January 11th, 2009:
- What: ”Access All Areas” Senior High Ministries Winter Retreat
- When: Friday evening through Sunday afternoon — February 20 – 22, 2009
- Where: Camp Brainerd Presbyterian Center, 1301 M. Easton Belmont Pike, Stroudsburg, PA, 18360 /// Phone: 570-992-4127
- Why: Because it’s really fun, there’s usually lots of snow, and we learn some really cool stuff!
- Deposit Due: $50.00 per person DUE IMMEDIATELY. There are only 4 spots left open for this trip!
- Total Cost: $115.00 per person. This price includes cost of entire program except dinner on the way to camp on Friday night and any snacks brought on the trip individually by students to share.
- How: We will be traveling in a rented 12 passenger van(s)
- Permission Slips: Now available at all youth meetings, worship, Pastor Chuck’s office, etc. Email Pastor Chuck at cgianakos@fpcom.org to have the forms emailed or snail mailed to you!
